Privacy policy

Last updated 26 July 2026

This policy explains what personal information Kadima Payments Inc. ("Equipifier", "we") collects through equipifier.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Equipifier is a pre-launch product. The site is a single marketing page with one form on it. We do not run accounts, take payments, or serve advertising through this site.

What we collect

Information you give us

If you complete the early-access form, we collect the details you enter:

  • Required: your name, your company, and your email address.
  • Optional: your phone number, what you rent, your approximate number of rental assets, the software you use today, and anything you tell us about what your current system does badly.

The form also contains a hidden field that is invisible to people and only completed by automated bots. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and never reaches us.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Our host records standard request data, including your IP address, user agent and the page requested.
  • Anti-spam. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare receives your IP address and signals about your browser to make that assessment.
  • Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated. It records that a page was viewed and whether the early-access form was submitted. It does not set cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites.
  • Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

Why we use it

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list. As the form itself says: we reply personally, and there is no newsletter or automated sequence.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

ProviderWhat it handles
VercelHosting, request logs and analytics
SlackReceives early-access enquiries in a private internal channel
CloudflareTurnstile anti-spam verification
GoogleServes the site's typefaces

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Where it is stored

Our providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the country you are in, including in the United States. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, those providers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Early-access enquiries are delivered to a private Slack channel and are retained there for as long as we are considering or pursuing the conversation, subject to that workspace's retention settings. Server logs and aggregate analytics are kept for a short period in line with our providers' defaults. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and our analytics is cookieless. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived token or cookie strictly necessary to run its anti-spam challenge.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information;
  • restrict or object to how we use it, including objecting to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • provide your information in a portable format.

If you are in California, you may request disclosure or deletion of your personal information and may not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

To exercise any of these, email Privacy@KadimaHQ.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly.
