The problem
Equipment gets delivered. Assets move between jobsites. Contracts change. Service gets performed. Pickup dates move. Invoices still have to go out, and payments still have to get collected.
Most of those events live in different places — spreadsheets, accounting software, text messages, paper contracts, and systems that were never designed to talk to each other. Equipifier connects the physical lifecycle to the financial lifecycle.

The operating system
Every record is connected to the one before it, so the system always knows who has what, where it is, what it costs, when it bills, and whether it has been paid. Select a stage.

A unit in the field and a line on the ledger are the same object. Scan the decal on the asset and you get its record: where it is, who has it, what governs it, what it bills, and whether the last invoice cleared.
